For the first time, LG Canada was bringing its appliances, TVs, and mobile under one platform. We were faced with a sprawling ecosystem of products, features with tongue-twisting names, and two celebrity partners – all of which needed to make sense in a single story.

At a moment when "home" had become work, school, and everything in between, we leaned into a simple truth: life doesn't happen in a vacuum, it flows from room to room. What starts in the kitchen – a spilled juice, a preheated oven – carries through the house to the laundry room and the TV. LG’s ThinQ technology simply powers those natural connections.

So instead of flattening the complexity, we orchestrated it – as a playful, escalating kids-song that linked benefits across oven, TV, fridge, washer, and dishwasher.

By making connections feel effortless, we built a platform that felt light but worked hard – unifying the business, simplifying the ecosystem, and helping LG rise to #1 in home appliance brand share in Canada, where it ran for multiple years.
